We really missed making a drinks at home. And then we realized it’s been so long since we shared a recipe with you all. Our big push/inspiration to get back on track was sparked up when Kane was gifted Don Papa Rum from the Philippines for his birthday.

Part of our collaboration with The Bywater, was working with their bar manager, Darren to come up with a signature cocktail that embodies us as Tiki Collective.

We wanted to share the Hawaiian Mac Salad recipe we took to our family potluck for the 4th of July. We got this one from Alana Kysar’s cook book, Aloha Kitchen, which is full of Hawaiian inspired recipes.
